Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary

Husson University is looking for a well-qualified and experienced student-oriented instructor to teach at least one course in PH110 Introduction to Ethics. Most sections are traditional face to face classes, but there may be a need for an additional online instructor.

Duties and Responsibilities

Normal duties and responsibilities required by college teaching.

Work cooperatively with other philosophy faculty and follow the common general guidelines for course content and student learning outcomes as well as use a common textbook.

Education and Experience

MA in Philosophy or related degree with a strong understanding of normative theory, current developments in the field, and applications to relevant contemporary issues. Successful teaching experience at the undergraduate level strongly preferred.
